Return and Refund Policy

We follow a transparent and fair return and refund policy in line with standard e-commerce practices.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product delivered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
• Product will be inspected upon return

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are worn, washed, or altered
• Clearance sale or discounted items
• Slight variations in color due to lighting or screen resolution

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7–10 business days

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to availability and inspection approval. Additional shipping charges may apply.
